I just saw the film hostle last weekend. I must say there was enough gore to keep any hard core horror fan pleased. Eventhough I like gore, I was not into the torture scenes at all. It just reminded me of our american troops held captive and tortured by terrorists. Not really an entertaining thought for me! I did think the gore FX were well done though.

I wanted to see it but i thought it was just going to be a low budget film. Saw is good enough for me!!:

I actually didn't get to see this one in the theatre. I will let you know how it is when I get to see it at home.

. . . Eli Roth is kind of a cutie - he did a small role in Cabin Fever as a skater dude who gets liquified by a flesh eating disease . . . yummy!

Well, my friend and my cousin adviced me not to see HOSTEL because it's poor taste! I don't know why... BUT if it includes too graphic blood and gore images, then I must see it periodically!

So, what do you think everybody?? :-D

I will say your cousin was right that it is very graphic in the gore and torture department - if you don't like that sort of thing you definitely shouldn't watch it b/c even I was a bit grossed out in scenes and I can take quite a bit.

I suppose if one really doesn't like this genre or if they were very religous or something or just a bit queasy at the sight of blood, they would absoloutely consider this in poor taste.

Hostles pretty good IMO I liked SAW better. Its definitely a good idea for a plot and to think this is something that could actually happen as opposed to Jason or Myers who never die. This movie is really worth checking out especially if you liked SAW.
