What am I doing today - the first day of the new year - you may ponder? Why I am watching the Twilight Zone Marathon on SciFi of course. Me, hubby and our little Twilight Zone bear are all cozy as peas in a pod. Right now we are watching "The Long Morrow" starring Robert Lansing and George MacReady. It is about an astronaut that falls in love just before a long mission.

We just watched - The Rip Van Winkle Caper starring Oscar Beregi and Simon Oakland about gold thieves who sleep 100 years to avoid punishment.

Did I ever mention that I love The Twilight Zone . . . it is so out there!

Walmart has new released for $14-15 for the first week before they go back to $19-20. I'm not sure about finding it for $10 for some time. We got a rental gift card for Christmas with $150 on it though so we've got more than enough to rent it to be sure a couple times if need be, lol. I loved the chipmunks as a kid

Wal-Mart always has some pretty good prices on older movies. I sometimes shy away from buying films and music from Wal-Mart and K-Mart though b/c I got burned on a CD I bought one time where the lyrics were bleeped out.

I got burned at Wal-mart too. I found out that they don't sell any music that has the parent advisory box on the front. They will get edited versions and sell those.

I love the Twilight Zone. Whenever a marathon is on I get some junk food and flop down on the couch and watch it
