The downfall of creativity in todays horror flims.
Hi Im new here so hello! Ive seen alot of the recent horror flims and I come to a conclusion that where did creativity gone to. Every flim made is either a remake of the same flim it came from for example the ring from ringu, hatchet from friday the 13th,and the latest flim to come-out next year jennifer's body is a copy from Bmovie tamara. So let me know ur imput about this topic, right or wrong opinions do count.

Hey frality- welcome to FearScene!

I have often said the same thing. Doesn't seem like a whole lot of originality coming out these days. Hopefully it will get a bit better in the near future!

Hello and I thank u 4 welcoming me here. To answer ur comment in this topic is that the only way it getting better is just try 2 not see these aweful flims or remakes of a movie before thats being popular in the box offices because maybe if we stopped that maybe it give an opening to newly creative writers and directors ideas into the movie studios plus it gets more harder 4 those flim directors to have the money and the time to do so, but until then Im sure we'll still see lot more flims that are either a remake, sequles and yes presequel unless something new from anything we havent seen before but Im keeping my fingers cross for now other than that how r u 2nite?Me Im good.

It's hard to not see the movies though, at least for me. I keep hoping against hope that one of them will be good! Oh well, what are you going to do!

I saw an interesting movie by Lucky McKee called Roman. That was pretty original. I have to say he has a very wierd affinity for body parts.

Good stuff!
