Re: Texas chainsaw masacre The Fun House is good movie. It was made in 1981. It is about some young people go to the carnival where they have fun, and end up getting killed by a half human and half creature that always wears the Frankenstein mask. And, there is a old whore named Sylvia Miles. I really can't recall what she has done in this movie. Sorry!

Re: Texas chainsaw masacre I don't think I've actually seen The Funhouse. I will have to check that out. I am a sucker for a good carnival film - even bad carnival films . . . I seem to have an obsession with clowns and carnivals.
Probably let on a little too much info there, but you guys don't mind . . .

Re: Texas chainsaw masacre I didn't dig up any info on an upcoming Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie but my search did bring back up the upcoming series on NBC in which Tobe Hooper will be directing an episode:
Fear Itself In the same vein as the Masters of Horror series although not on cable so probably much more tame . . . should be interesting. I've heard rumors of Mick Garris, Stuart Gordon, John Carpenter, Brad Anderson directing episodes.
