EVIL DEAD You jerks, I just joined to find that there isn't an on-going thread about Evil Dead, the best B-movie horror film in existence (atleast, I think so.)
SO C'MON GUYZ, DISCUSS. My favorite of the series is probably Evil Dead II, even though it was basically a remake of the first one, except that they actually had some type of budget by then. Even though I really can't take the Evil Dead seriously as a horror series, there are some questionably gory parts that might serve as fanservice to those of you obsessed (like me.) |

Re: EVIL DEAD Any of the three, they're some of the most ridiculously cheap horror movies ever. Then again, I haven't much looked into that type of movie, most of them look the same to me.
Anyway, I highly suggest it. |

Re: EVIL DEAD Agreed - Evil Dead movies are awesome --- I actually have a collector's edition tin of the first 2 movies.
Mcatra - I have to say that some of my fave lines from the movies are : "Workshed" " Groovy" and I love when he says he has to lop his hand off at the wrist. And also "Give me some sugar baby . . . " Classic B-movies with fun and gore galore! I actually have a review up on the site: Evil Dead II Review

Re: EVIL DEAD I love the Evil Dead movies, I remember reading about the first movie in Fangoria Mag. I thought the pics were so awesome and scary. Never got a chance to see it in the theater. Evil Dead II & III, I saw in the theater were great! You really have to see these on the large screen to really appreciate them. Bruce Campbell was perfect for for these movies!
