Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining The new TCM is suppost to be about the origins of the chainsaw family and how Leatherface started his bloody cannibal massacre. I love the TCM. I'm very interested to see how it will be.

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining It is always interesting to learn the history of one's favorite psycho. Hopefully it will do the story justice. I am looking forward to it too, though I am really trying not to get my hopes up too high for fear that they will be dashed by a stinky movie that will not live up to it's origins . . .
. . . maybe I'll be pleasantly suprised?

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining The guy who played Leatherface in the remake, Andrew Bryniarski will be returning to play the madman again. Also, R. Lee Ermey will be coming back to play the cop. It looks like it will be good, i hope so!

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining Well, it's a good sign that they got some involved in the series back for this one! My hopes are being lifted as I type . . . and I love R. Lee Ermey. He was awesome in Full Metal Jacket.

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining Ohhhhh this should be good. :) No Jennifer Love-Hewitt tho, huh?
It'll still be worth it to see how it all began. Maybe it somehow involves the maniac in the van. It's gotta be a great backstory, though. Hopefully they keep it serious, eh?

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining That's a good question.. the film industry sure seems to like trilogies but with the way the original (and it's re-make) went there doesn't seem to be much room for moving forward from that point. However, I try and never underestimate human creativity.
Maybe they would do a REVERSE trilogy... would that be a first?

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining Interesting thought, but that's kinda what their doing with this movie don't you think? I think that it is going back to their origins, right? It'll be interesting to see how it all began . . .

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining Sort of, except that the re-make really doesn't count as a part of the series since it's telling the same story as the 1970's TCM.. know what I mean?

Re: Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Begining Hey everybody! Please remmy that "The Chainsaw Massacre: The Origin" is coming out on October 6, I think...
Campblood, I'm not sure that R. Lee Ermy will be playing in the second part because the first original film about 4 years ago, he was killed by a young lady that drove over on his body by the car. And also, I really can't remember the part in the original movie that Leatherface got his arm cut off, isn't that right? Glowstorm, Yeah, I've seen the TCM 1970 classic as well as 1980s sequels. For you all, have you seen "The Texas Chainsaw Masscare: The Next Generation?" It was there in 1995. Hope you didn't miss it!! :-D
