(11/7/07) Buffalo Nickel Productions and Nightmare Kinetics announce are pleased to announce principal photography for their new horror anthology titled "Something Dark" has commenced! This feature will be the Sophomore release to their current production titled "Banshee" which is under final phases of post production.

Producer / co-director Mike Bohatch states - "Our goal is to accomplish a double release of both films in March, in which we will either be doing screenings and/or a debut at the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival (BNFF). This film production came together very quickly after brainstorming ideas. We feel our creative teams are in position to keep producing high quality entertainment which is planned for several related title releases.

The film combines 5 short films into a single 90 min presentations. Each addressing horror on different levels. With "Something Dark" we have brought together under one roof a collection of psychological terror, monster and dark comedy horror flicks.

The shorts to be included will be "Mr. March", "Alter", "Perfect Candidate", "Bleeder" and "Hi". Filming has begun in Buffalo and Western New York which will utilize many of the local creative talent pool.

Bohatch adds "If the world is ready for more horror we're only willing to provide, because we're just getting started. Passion for the genre is our driving force."
