Okay, I remember watching bits of a horror movie years ago, how long ago, i'm not sure. The movie wasn't terribly old. Made in the 90's i'm sure.
It's about I think, a kid who lives next to a man who he sees one night, kill a woman with a chainsaw - i remember blood spurts across the window. There's a girl in it too, friends with the kid. I remember the kid goes to his house one night to confirm his suspicians about the killer and goes down to the basement where he I think..finds, bodies, cut up and but in bathtubs.

That's all I remember. No it's not Disturbia and no it's not Rear Window.
Though people say Disturbia is a remake of Rear Window, many scenes from the movie i'm trying to remember are similar to Disturbia...
