Review - Medium: Blood Relations

With another appearance from the sick and twisted Walker (Mark A. Shepard), Allison’s arch nemesis, this Medium does not disappoint.

In Blood Relations, we finally get a look at what makes Walker, Walker and we have quite possibly seen the ending of his character in the series - though I doubt it very much. Allison is taken aback by a man who has an uncanny resemblance to the serial killer Dr. Charles Walker and it turns out that he just so happens to be the great, great, great something or other of this psychopathic wanna be doctor who keeps possessing people to continue with his carnage.

Unfortunately, Allison leads Jack Walker right into the hands of his sick and twisted ancestor by ensuring that he spend some time in the local clink “drying out” due to the fact that she suspects him of murdering a young lady in the here and now. Turns out that teenage girls have the weakest minds and things were not as they seemed after all. But now that Jack’s mind is clear it is ripe for the picking for Dr. Charles Walker.

Not wanting to give too much away I will say that I am not sure the explanation given fully explains why Walker is who he is other than maybe because the trauma in his life made that one final nerve snap leading him into a world of insanity. It will be interesting to see whether or not this was Walker’s last stand.
